Our PolicesMinimum Booking Requirement: -All special event rentals require a minimum booking of 2 hours. -All class and meeting rentals (including Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, paint and sips or any similar activities) minimum of 1 hour is required. Booking Request Form: -To request a booking, please fill out the contact form. Be sure to include your preferred date and time, the purpose for the rental, the number of guests, and specify if you will need chairs, tables, or any other equipment. Equipment and Decoration Partners: -We've partnered with select vendors to provide chairs, tables, a 360 booth, and event decor'. Setup Time for Classes: -For class bookings, we provide a complimentary 30-minute setup period before reservation begins. Setup Time for Events: -For special event bookings, we offer a complimentary 30-minute setup time before the event. Additional decor' setup times can be arranged, based on the type of event. Deposit and Contract: -A refundable $100 deposit is required to solidify date and the remaining balance due 7 days prior to date of event or class. Deposit is returned within 48 hours of the rental end time, if all standard requirements are met, which include disposal of all trash in designated bins and leaving the venue in it's original, undamaged condition and any other terms listed in contract. Failure to comply with any of these terms of this contract will result in forfeiture of deposit. Bookings are not confirmed without the deposit and contract. In addition to deposit, it could be additional fees required at the signing of contract depending on each vendor booked for additional services.(including chairs, tables,360 booth, and decor') Payment Responsibility: -Once the event is confirmed, and the date is reserved, the client is responsible for adhering to the payment deadlines. Failure to make payments pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation Policy: - If rental reservation is cancelled within 30 days, Curinda’s Rental Space will retain the deposit. -Cancellations must be submitted via email (curindan@curindasrentalspace.com) -If add-on's are paid in addition to deposit, it will depend on each vendor if money paid is refundable. Deposits: Acts of God. In the event that any party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, such as tornado, hurricane, blackout , or other causes beyond its reasonable control, such party shall not be liable and deposit is refundable. Clean up: Establishment should be left in the same condition prior to booking. All trash to be placed outside in gray trash can on the side of the building. Amenities: One bathroom Parking: Parking is available in the front of building. If extra parking is needed you are able to utilize the side of building along the street. Capacity: No more than 50 guest Restrictions: No smoking inside of building. Payment Methods: -Payments can be made by invoice sent via email.
